Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We specialize in streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience. We're currently seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our team on an independent contractor basis.This is a full‐time role at a competitive rate. The position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, is proactive and detail‐oriented, and has a genuine interest in supporting the operations side of real estate. A three‐month probationary period will evaluate performance, reliability, and team fit. If you're organized, people‐focused, and ready to grow your real estate career, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closeCoordinate and track all transaction documents, signatures, and timelines to ensure compliance and accuracySchedule and follow up on home inspections, appraisals, and required repairs; assist in negotiations when neededObtain necessary approvals on offers and counteroffers to keep the transaction moving forwardCommunicate consistently with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and escrow officers to keep everyone informedEnsure all escrow‐related documentation (including titles, appraisals, and mortgage details) is complete and submitted on timeEnter and manage listing data in the MLS and update CRM with client and transaction informationForward documentation to the broker for file compliance and maintain well‐organized digital recordsMonitor deadlines, schedule key appointments, and attend closing‐related meetings as neededProactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction processQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in transaction coordination or real estate administrationValid Real Estate License in Texas is requiredStrong organizational, time‐management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‐first mindsetClose attention to detail and strong problem‐solving abilitiesProficient with CRM and transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, Salesforce, MLS)Motivated, proactive, and service‐oriented, with a passion for supporting clients and team membersHigh school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferredMust speak SpanishCompensation$15 - $25 hourly#J-18808-Ljbffr
