A better future?\r\nWe're Lear For You.\r\nCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (CI) MANAGER\r\nVANCE, AL\r\nIncumbent in this position is primarily responsible for developing CI culture, leading impactful projects to improve plant performance, and completing required CI deliverables.\r\nThe Role\r\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\r\nManage CI activities and drive culture by cultivating the use of CI strategies and tools.\r\nWork with departments to establish CI objectives that align with strategic goals.\r\nLead and establish priorities for CI personnel.\r\nCreate, Evaluate, Communicate, and share best practices.\r\nApply statistical principles to evaluate and improve processes.\r\nBuild and lead cross functional process improvement teams.\r\nLead Green Belt training, coach green belt and black belt projects.\r\nMeet deadlines and manage multiple projects.\r\nWork well in teams and make daily decisions with minimal guidance.\r\nEffectively lead others and maintain the trust and cooperation of others.\r\nServe as Mentor on CI workshops and Kaizen events and utilize data trends to identify cost reduction projects.\r\nImplement and maintain robust team member suggestion systems to enhance engagement.\r\nAdvantages of working at Lear in the CI group\r\nOpportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams.\r\nAbility to makea positive impact on work environments.\r\nYour Qualifications\r\nMinimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.\r\nBS Degree and a minimum of five years progressive experience.\r\nSubject matter expert in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing topics\r\nBlack Belt certification\r\nExcellent People Skills\r\nBonus If You Have\r\nBS in Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field.\r\nLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.\r\nApplicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
