Drains & Plumbing Manager

DescriptionDay & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is seeking a Drains & Plumbing Manager to oversee the company’s plumbing activities to include supervision of Plumbers, Drain Technicians, Camera Technicians, and all other people involved in our world-class drains and plumbing team. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s monthly plumbing budget through proper planning and management of all calls ran by your team.What We Have To OfferCompetitive Pay - Total compensation between $140,000 -$210,000Affordable Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time-Off + Paid HolidaysRetirement plan (401k) + company match!Company vehicle, gas card Company credit cardCompany provided computer and cell phone What You Will DoSet goals and achieve them effectively & consistently Review calls daily and track KPIs Identify plumbing sales trends and adjust as needed Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the plumbing team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved Prepare and lead effective weekly meetingsManage the plumbing team under a fast-paced, high-stress environment Recruit, hire and train new and current plumbersManage open estimates with our Inside Sales Representatives Track and analyze plumbing statistics based on key performance indicators Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or serviceWork closely with vendors to ensure that we have the needed product now and, in the future, to achieve our goals without any loss of productionReview all work performed to make sure it meets company standardsWho You AreServant leaderExcellent communication skillsProven leadership experience Enjoys coaching while ensuring accountability Home service experience required Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of teamBuilding and maintaining relationshipsAbility to apply previous knowledge or training to solve complex problems Excellent customer service skillsMinimum 5 years of leadership experience is preferredWho is Day & Night?For over 40 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing expert plumbing, cooling and heating service throughout the Valley.
