We specialize in enabling complex communication networks that are critical to the operations of the Department of Defense, Civilian Government, and commercial markets.\nSummary\nDataPath, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nGather and organize information on problems or procedures.\nConfer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.\nEnsure project results meet established requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.\nSupport the administrative and business operations of the project.\nGather and analyze data about organizational operations to identify areas for improvement.\nApply acquired skills to perform routine tasks and complete assigned work with limited autonomy, following clearly defined procedures.\nMaintain ongoing coordination with colleagues across the organization to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources, planning, and execution.\nPlan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBS or BA degree from an accredited university.\n10+ years of relevant management experience as an analyst.\n5+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) contracting experience.\nExperience conducting research and compiling data from multiple sources to understand existing operations and identify problem areas.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze data to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.\nStrong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
