Come build it with us.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\nWe are seeking a CNC operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC equipment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the CNC Operator will ensure the efficient and precise production of modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nOperate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components.\n\nPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.\n\nCollaborate with design engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.\n\nMonitor production to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications.\n\nImplement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining or related field preferred.\n\n1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.\n\nAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\n\nPassion for sustainable building and innovative manufacturing technologies.\n\nReframe Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
