Responsibilities include unloading and bundling telecom cable, operating a forklift, organizing and labeling product, completing documentation, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound materials: unload trucks, sort and bundle cable, weigh and record product.\r\nShip orders: pull product from storage, stage/load trucks.\r\nMaintain inventory accuracy through counts and documentation.\r\nFollow work instructions, schedules, and safety/security protocols.\r\nSafeguard equipment and cable; report non-compliance issues.\r\nAssist with general warehouse organization.\r\nWork overtime as needed.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.\r\nForklift experience (must pass internal test).\r\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.\r\nAbility to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.\r\nHeavy machinery experience or apprenticeship is a plus.\r\nRequired PPESlip-resistant safety shoes, disposable coveralls, mask, gloves, and safety vest.\r\n#ZR#IND1Company Description Using the best business practices obtained from many years of experience in Business, Law, and Recruiting and Staffing, the Founders at CrossFire Group (“CrossFire”) started in downtown Royal Oak, MI more than a decade ago.
