In this role, we are seeking candidate experience in converting processes into SharePoint workflows; interfacing with project managers and following systems engineering life cycle best practices.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop Web look Intranet Portal Collaboration Intranet Site and Branding on SharePoint platform or using Live Tiles solution.\nBuild new landing page, FAQ, Knowledgebase, department templates/pages, newsletter, banner and videos accessible to any device.\nImplement, deploy, package and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site.\nUse SharePoint Framework SPx to create website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.\nCode pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices.\nCreate web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management\nBuild workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.\nMigrate data from SharePoint Online to SP 2010/2013/2016 using Sharegate, Quest, or Metalogix migration tool.\nDesigning and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.\nCreating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.\nDeveloping custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.\nIntegrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.\nInstalling the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.\nAdding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.\nPerforming maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.\nProviding technical support for SharePoint users.\nDeveloping and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.\nMonitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.\nCollaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business\nneeds.\nPerforming data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.\nEnsuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.\nReviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized\nuser-experiences.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.\nBachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience, Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or 11 years of experience in lieu of a degree\nMinimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016.\nMinimum 3-4 years of SharePoint system administration experience.\nMinimum of 2 years supporting legacy Sharepoint 2010/2013 technology relating to decommissioning\nMinimum of 2 years working with Service Design teams and projects to support the uplift of existing and migration to new technology.\nMinimum of 4 years experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2016.\nMust be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCandidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.\nStrong knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate.\nExperience working with modern API Platforms such as REST,\nAn understanding of cloud platforms and services, ideally Azure & Office 365.\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.\nExperience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time\nappropriately.\nExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.\nAbility to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests.\nBasic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.\nStrong knowledge of the .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration.\nStrong project management
