The ideal candidate should have experience managing Workday implementation, integration, migration, or enhancement projects while coordinating with cross-functional business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Workday projects including planning, execution, delivery, and post-production supportCoordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project executionLead Workday implementation, enhancement, migration, or integration initiativesTrack project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesFacilitate status meetings, stakeholder communication, and executive reportingCollaborate with functional and technical teams for testing, deployment, and issue resolutionEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectivesSupport change management, training coordination, and user adoption activitiesRequired Skills:Strong experience as a Project Manager in Workday environmentsExperience managing Workday HCM, Payroll, Integrations, or HR transformation projectsGood understanding of Workday functional and technical workflowsExperience working with cross-functional enterprise teamsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExperience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesPreferred Qualifications:PMP or Scrum certification preferredPrior experience in large enterprise environmentsWorkday implementation experience is highly preferredExperience with HR systems migration or cloud transformation projects is a plusPay range and compensation packagePayrate is open for right candidates based on their experienceEqual Opportunity StatementSyncredible Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
