They work collaboratively across departments and operate with high expectations, strong accountability, and a fast-moving environment.About the Role:We’re looking for an On-Page SEO Specialist who combines strong technical SEO knowledge with clear communication and a high sense of urgency. You’ll manage on-page SEO work, conduct audits and keyword research, and collaborate with account managers, content teams, and other departments to support client deliverables. This role requires someone who is proactive, responsive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate clearly about both their work and thought process.You Will:Own on-page SEO work across assigned client accountsConduct keyword research and apply findings to optimize pagesPerform SEO audits and clearly explain your methodology and recommendationsManage and update tasks in ClickUp or similar project management toolsCollaborate closely with account managers, content teams, and other internal departmentsCommunicate progress clearly and proactively in a cross-functional environmentParticipate in team meetings and onboarding activities, including L10 meetingsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and support urgent client-related needs when necessaryAbout You:Your Background:3+ years of experience in on-page SEO or a closely related SEO roleStrong hands-on experience with keyword researchStrong SEO auditing skills and ability to explain your process clearlySolid understanding of on-page SEO best practicesComfortable using WordPressExcellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking environmentAble to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectationsStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsProactive and highly communicative — comfortable over-communicating when neededComfortable handling urgency and occasional after-hours client needsNice to Have:Experience with FigmaExperience using ClickUp or similar project management toolsExperience working in fast-paced agency environmentsExperience managing a high volume of accountsAbility to clearly articulate SEO decisions without overreliance on AI toolsCompensation & Benefits:Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/monthBenefits:Unlimited PTO$100/month wellness reimbursementFlexible schedule with preferred overlap with U.S. core hours
