This hybrid executive role combines Administrator accountability with Clinical Director oversight, ensuring both operational excellence and exceptional patient care during start-up and early growth.You will lead day-to-day hospice operations, build clinical and administrative infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish the systems, teams, and community relationships needed to scale a successful hospice program.
