Senior Cloud Data & AI ArchitectLocation: Dallas, TX / Minneapolis, MNJob Type: Full-Time (FTE) – 100% OnsiteJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Data & AI Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud data modernization and AI transformation initiatives for large banking and insurance organizations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud data platforms, Lakehouse architecture, AI/GenAI ecosystems, and enterprise data governance.This role requires strong leadership in architecting scalable data and AI solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, cloud-native technologies, and modern LLM-based frameworks.Must Have Technical / Functional SkillsArchitect enterprise data platforms including Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and streaming systems.Design scalable batch and real-time data integration and pipeline patterns.Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.Define enterprise data and AI strategy for large organizations.Establish enterprise standards for data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance.Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.Drive adoption of Responsible AI frameworks and governance models.Create architectural guardrails, reusable patterns, templates, and reference architectures.Lead enterprise-wide consensus on standards such as data contracts and lineage frameworks.Strong expertise in:Data ProductsData MeshMedallion ArchitectureDesign and implement AI/GenAI solutions across the enterprise data value chain.Hands-on experience with:PythonOpenAI APIsAnthropic ClaudeVector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)Strong understanding of:LLMsPrompt EngineeringAgentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)MCPs (Model Context Protocols)ReAct, Tree of Thought, AutoGPT reasoning methodologiesExperience implementing:RAG pipelinesContext managementAgent memory strategiesTool calling frameworksA2A (Agent-to-Agent) orchestrationExperience with cloud platforms:AWSAzureGCPExperience building and supporting MLOps pipelines.
