This position\nperforms inspections, coordinates testing, maintains quality documentation, and works with\nproject teams to identify and correct quality issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct field inspections of concrete work, including formwork, reinforcement, embeds, placement, finishing, curing, structural steel, and equipment setting procedures.\nVerify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.\nCoordinate and monitor concrete testing activities, including slump, air content, temperature, and compressive strength testing.\nReview and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.\nParticipate in pre-pour inspections and meetings.\nIdentify, document, and track nonconforming work and corrective actions.\nSupport project teams in resolving quality-related issues and reducing rework.\nPromote quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the project.\n\nPosition Requrements\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.\n3+ years of experience in concrete construction, inspection, or quality control.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.\nPreferred Certifications\nACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I\nICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector\nOSHA 10 or OSHA 30\nWorking Conditions\nActive industrial construction sites.\nFrequent field inspections in varying weather conditions.\nOccasional overtime, travel, and weekend work as required.\nRequirements\nMust have a valid driver’s license\nMust have valid email address and phone number\nMust pass pre-employment screening\nMust have excellent communication skills.
