In this hourly role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse portfolio of brands. You will enter payroll data, including hours, deductions, and bonuses, prepare reports and journal entries, and collaborate with accounting to reconcile discrepancies. This role also involves analyzing payroll data, maintaining records, and generating reports for management. Additionally, you will provide support to employees by addressing payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.\r\nWhat You'll Bring (Requirements):\r\nProficiency in accounting principles, including debits, credits, and journal entries.\r\nExperience with UKG, ADP, Ceridian, or similar payroll software.\r\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.\r\nAbility to analyze data and identify discrepancies.\r\nPrior experience as a payroll clerk, specialist, or in a similar payroll processing role is preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.\r\nReady to get started?
