Technician","description":"PROMAN Staffing is happy to support our global manufacturing client in sourcing and hiring a Debug Technician to join their team in Memphis, TN.\nThis DIRECT HIRE position requires the ability to obtain a passport and travel to Mexico for approximately two months of training before transitioning into the Memphis-based role.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Debug Technician with strong board-level troubleshooting and repair expertise to support advanced server and data center hardware manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform advanced board-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on complex server and data center PCBAs.\nAnalyze failures using schematics, BIOS logs, diagnostic software, and advanced test equipment, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.\nExecute component-level repairs and BGA rework while maintaining quality, ESD, and safety standards.\nConduct root cause analysis, identify failure trends, and drive corrective actions to improve yield and repair performance.\nPartner with engineering teams to enhance debug processes, documentation, and troubleshooting methodologies.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of experience repairing enterprise servers, storage, or networking hardware.\nStrong understanding of server power architecture, VRM design, DDR memory, PCIe interfaces, and signal integrity.\nAbility to read and interpret complex schematics and PCB layouts.\nExperience working with high-value electronic components in a manufacturing or repair environment.\nPay: From $25.00 per hour\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nHealth
