This hybrid role combines product management, technical program facilitation, and product operations to ensure that cross-functional teams can move fast, deliver reliably, and continuously improve. You'll be the connective tissue between those teams, translating product goals into technical detail, standing up processes that scale, and ensuring high-quality, projectable execution. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable in development working sessions, customer calls, ticketing systems, documentation, and release reviews.\r\nKey Responsibilities: Execution & Delivery Drive cross-functional standups and delivery across implementer (i.e., Engineering, Data Science) teams — managing execution cadences and sprint hygiene\r\nSupport product operations and SDLC practices including functional testing, release validation, and documentation generation\r\nLead \"tiger teams\" for strategic or emergent initiatives\r\nMaintain crisp, transparent communications and stakeholder alignment, including executive reporting\r\nProduct Operations & Enablement Manage triage of inbound product requests, coordinating prioritization, routing decisions, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders\r\nBuild and maintain internal and external technical training, product guides, and support resources\r\nWrite, maintain, and supplement user stories, requirements, and tickets, ensuring that the technical detail is sufficient for accurate estimation, smooth implementation, and user acceptance\r\nPartner with customer-facing teams to onboard clients, capture requirements, and synthesize feedback into actionable improvements\r\nDiscovery & Insights Develop and support PRDs, success metrics, and instrumentation to measure adoption and performance of tools and features\r\nEstablish and maintain monitoring and feedback loops, including dashboards and telemetry for user experience and system health\r\nQualifications Required\r\nBachelor's degree (technical, healthcare, or data-related field preferred)\r\n3-5+ years in technical product, program, and/or product operations roles in high-growth technology environments\r\nProven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to delivery\r\nExperience interfacing with both engineering teams and customer-facing roles\r\nOutstanding (internal and external) communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities\r\nTechnical acumen and curiosity (e.g., ability to engage on APIs, data pipelines, cloud infra, AI/ML)\r\nDeep understanding of agile execution and tooling\r\nComfort defining processes and enforcing quality standards\r\nStrong organizational and systems-thinking mindset, balancing immediate and long-term needs\r\nPreferred\r\nAdvanced degree in a relevant field\r\nHealthTech and/or AI background\r\nEnterprise SaaS delivery experience\r\nDeeper technical skillset (e.g., scripting, automation, data analysis/visualization, etc.)\r\nMission alignment\r\nLocation xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment.
