(3) days in the office.\r\nResponsibilities: Collaborate with the Tech/Team Lead and other developers to implement new features, optimize performance, and enhance system scalability and security\r\nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices\r\nContribute to schema design efforts focused on performance, scalability, and security\r\nWork closely with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and timely delivery of high-quality software\r\nQualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\r\n5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on C# .NET and T-SQL\r\nExperience with Azure PaaS services (Service Bus, Queues, App Services, etc.) is a plus\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\r\nCommitment to continuous learning and professional growth\r\nCompetitive salary and bonus structure\r\nHybrid work environment (office-centric model with remote work options)\r\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\r\nLocation\r\nThis is a hybrid role based in the Greater Chicago area.
