That is why we need an experienced Cybersecurity Engineering Lead like you who can integrate applicable cybersecurity requirements into ARPA-H programs and evaluate performer implementation of those requirements.\r\nAs part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic technical advisor to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. You'll work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems, and leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support to senior ARPA-H decision makers. You'll also maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assisting with the management of current programs, and facilitating commercialization of successfully developed technologies.\r\nYou'll serve as a Cybersecurity Engineering Lead helping clients to maintain and improve our client's cybersecurity product stack and new business processes, and provide guidance and recommendations on best practices. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success.\r\nWhat You'll Work On\r\nLead hands-on activities to maintain and improve the ARPA-H cybersecurity product stack, including SIEM, XDR, DLP, and GRC.\r\nImplement agentic solutions to improve automation of cybersecurity operations and governance activities.\r\nProvide expert guidance and recommendations to ARPA-H on optimizing products for securing and defending the agency in the current threat environment.\r\nYou Have\r\n5+ years of experience with cybersecurity\r\nExperience with the implementation of agentic AI solutions\r\nExperience with cybersecurity engineering\r\nExperience with NIST cybersecurity requirementsExperience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15\r\nExperience using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\r\nBachelor's degree\r\nNice If You Have\r\nAbility to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment\r\nPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nCISSP or CISM Certification\r\nCompensation\r\nSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
