With deep expertise navigating NYC agencies and a strong focus on value engineering, quality control, and on-time delivery, they are consistently recognized for excellence across complex, community-driven projects.This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, working alongside a highly experienced team of construction professionals including engineers, architects, and field leadership. The role offers clear progression into a Project Manager position.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing projects from design/preconstruction through closeoutSupport estimating, budgeting, and value engineering effortsReview subcontract agreements, bid documents, and project specificationsAssist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedulesCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and clientsMaintain project documentation, logs, and correspondenceAttend site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans and schedulesSupport permitting, inspections, and coordination with NYC agenciesParticipate in project meetings and assist with overall project coordinationRequirements:Background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret architectural and construction drawingsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilityAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with AutoCAD and/or Procore is preferredWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageExposure to a diverse portfolio including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projectsOpportunity to work on technically complex and high-impact developments across NYCHands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from design through completionStrong mentorship from experienced industry professionalsClear progression path to Project Manager within a growing, reputable firmStable pipeline of work across public and private sector clients
