Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Health Aide role based in Patchogue, NY. The Home Health Aide will assist clients in their daily activities and provide compassionate care to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The role may involve working with clients of different needs, including those requiring companionship, mobility support, or other health-related services.
