Our practice specializes in infant feeding, pediatric feeding therapy, airway development, and orofacial myofunctional therapy.We work with families who are often searching for answers after feeling dismissed or unheard in traditional medical settings. Because of this, we are looking for a therapist who prioritizes listening, validating parent concerns, and meeting children exactly where they are developmentally.This position is ideal for a clinician who believes therapy should be relationship-driven, individualized, and rooted in trust with families.Position OverviewThe Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat infants and children with feeding, oral motor, airway, and orofacial myofunctional concerns. The therapist will collaborate closely with families and other providers to support each child's functional feeding, breathing, and oral development.Our clinic operates on a private-pay model, allowing clinicians the freedom to focus on what truly matters: patient outcomes, parent education, and individualized care rather than insurance limitations.What Makes This Role UniqueMany of the families we see arrive after feeling that their concerns were dismissed by other providers.
