We are seeking a Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Key duties include trimming excess material (flash), assembling molded parts, and ensuring the production process meets quality and safety standards.\n2nd Shift Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm. Wage is $15.00/hour plus .50 cent shift differential.\nECHO’s benefits include:\n11 paid holidays\nExtremely affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid PTO (Paid Time Off)\n5% 401K match\nTuition Reimbursement\nCareer Advancement Growth Opportunities\nEligible for a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment if all qualifications are satisfied.\nEligible for a $300 referral bonus upon referring to an employee who successfully completes 90 days of employment.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nOperate and monitor plastic molding machines during production cycles\nInspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications\nTrim flash and excess material from molded plastic parts using hand tools or trimming equipment\nAssemble molded plastic parts as required based on job specifications\nEnsure proper flow of raw materials into molding machines\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace\nFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures\nReport any equipment malfunctions or material issues to the supervisor promptly\nProvide support to other departments to meet organizational goals.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in plastic molding or a manufacturing environment is an asset but not required.\nAbility to use basic hand tools and trimming equipment\nGood attention to detail and manual dexterity\nAbility to stand for long periods and lift to [50 lbs.]\nWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment\nEqual Employment Opportunity:\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
