Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.ResponsibilitiesAssist with legal research using platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and iManage to support case development and legal strategiesPrepare, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with precision and attention to detailManage legal case files and document management systems to ensure accurate filing, data entry, and retrieval of case informationConduct comprehensive document review and organize evidence for litigation or transactional mattersSupport attorneys with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating client interviews or interviews with witnessesDraft clear and concise legal writing to support case summaries, memos, and reportsSkillsAt least 2 years experience as a legal assistant focusing in litigation.Possess excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation and communication skills.Be highly organized and detail oriented.Be discreet with confidential information.High school graduate (college graduate preferred).Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Citrix Sharefile.Proficient in e-filing in both Federal Court and Indiana State Court.Have general familiarity with the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
