Senior Project Manager Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex projects within our organization. Duties: - Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project completion. - Utilize project management methodologies to drive project execution and monitor progress effectively. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Conduct requirements analysis and define project scope to meet business objectives. - Utilize tools such as Redmine, Project Server, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for effective project coordination. - Manage contracts related to projects and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. - Drive product management initiatives within projects to meet client needs and expectations. Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification preferred. - Proven experience in program management and leading complex projects to successful outcomes. - Strong familiarity with Project Management methodologies and best practices. - Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Redmine, ServiceNow, Project Server, and SharePoint. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis and managing project budgets effectively. Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience in Product Management within a project environment. - Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Redmine for enhanced project tracking. - Knowledge of contract management principles for effective project execution. - Exposure to ServiceNow for streamlining project workflows. - Understanding of Project Coordination methodologies to ensure seamless project delivery.
