We pride ourselves on being agile, highly responsive, and able to generate ideas that push the envelope and deliver measurable results.\n\nAbout the Program\nYou will join our team as an hourly employee working 40 hours per week for 120 calendar days.\nAs an apprentice, you will take on the responsibilities of an Account Coordinator while also receiving mentorship and structured support to help you grow.\nOur goal is to ensure that this role aligns with your skills, professional growth goals, and career aspirations and that you are a strong fit for our team culture.\n\nPerformance Reviews and Growth Path\nYou will receive monthly performance reviews at days 30, 60, and 90 where you will be provided with direct feedback and coaching. These check ins are designed to help you strengthen your skills and provide clarity on your long term fit with the team.\n\nAt your 90 day review, one of three outcomes will be determined:\nYou may be offered a full time Account Coordinator position.\nWe may agree together that this role is not the right fit.\nWe may extend your hourly apprenticeship beyond 90 days to allow both you and the team more time to evaluate fit before making a decision.\n\nWhat Your Responsibilities Will Be\nAccount Community Management\n\nResponsible for high quality online community management, including error free copywriting\nSource and manage influencer and ambassador relationships through outreach and relationship maintenance\nDaily monitoring and response for all media channels seven days a week including occasional customer service\nSeamless Content Execution and Project Management\n\nMeet all assigned deadlines while anticipating team lead and client needs\nAssist with content calendar creation through copywriting, sourcing, and strategizing content\nLearn and execute client tone of voice through copywriting blogs, emails, social media content, and more\nAssist with client special projects and campaigns through execution of timely and thoughtful content\nOwn client projects and manage meetings with strategy and creative to ensure seamless delivery\nSolve problems by creating solutions while working collaboratively with cross functional teams\nFacilitate Instagram story creation and postings for client social media per strategic vision\nUse internal processes for projects through necessary tools such as Wrike, shared servers, and time tracking software\nCreative Team Engagement\n\nActively assist the creative team with content creation including photoshoots, video production, and design support\nOther Responsibilities\n\nKeep project work on task and on budget through efficient execution\nContinuously learn and grow by staying up to date on social media and marketing trends\nAssist with Evoke projects, stay organized, and adapt to changing client needs\nOther duties as assigned by your manager\nResponsibilities may shift depending on the needs of the client and agency\n\nWhy You Are a Perfect Fit\nYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually or within a team.\nYou do not just know Instagram; you have a strong command of all major platforms and social tools.\nYou want a holistic marketing experience beyond just ad placement, creative, and project management.\nYou love to manage details through project management and can be relied upon to exceed expectations.\nYou enjoy problem solving and are quick and flexible in your solutions.\nYou have a desire to always be current on social and mobile technology trends, guidelines, and best practices.\nYou have experience building impactful marketing strategies and campaigns and can demonstrate success.\nYou are highly organized, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment.\nYou have a marketing or business degree and 0 to 2 years of experience managing responsibilities like those listed above.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nHourly employee\nGrowth opportunity\nPotential full time role\n\nApplication Requirement\nAs part of your application, please submit a 30 second video in a creative format that explains your interest in this role.
