You’ll act as a primary point of contact for general contractors and property managers and play a hands-on role in driving project success.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimate and bid commercial and light industrial painting projects, including projects exceeding $1MBuild and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, and repeat clientsManage awarded projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are metCoordinate with field leadership and office staff to support successful project deliveryServe as a reliable, hands-on leader focused on customer satisfaction and problem resolutionUtilize estimating and project management software to improve accuracy, efficiency, and communicationQualifications3+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Project Manager and/or EstimatorDirect experience in commercial painting is requiredProficiency with PlanSwift or similar estimating softwareStrong xaygatp understanding of commercial painting systems, scopes, and specificationsAbility to clearly present estimates, proposals, and services to clientsComfortable using technology to streamline estimating and project managementStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsWhy This OpportunityStable, established contractor with a strong reputationConsistent commercial project pipelineOpportunity for long-term growth and leadership developmentCompetitive compensation based on experience
