In this role, you’ll act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, empowering teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric solutions while continuously improving flow, predictability, and collaboration.Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as a customer‑centric servant leader for one or more Agile teams, fostering self‑organization, accountability, and continuous improvementCoach engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Lean‑Agile principles to drive healthy, high‑performing teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand‑ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement, ensuring they are purposeful, time‑boxed, and outcome‑drivenActively support Program Increment (PI) Planning and ART‑level events, enabling alignment and predictable delivery across teamsPartner closely with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritized, and healthy backlogs aligned to customer and business outcomesDrive delivery discipline by ensuring work items are properly sized, estimated, updated, and closed according to team standardsUse Azure DevOps metrics and queries to monitor backlog health, sprint execution, flow, and aging work itemsIdentify, escalate, and help remove team‑level and cross‑team impediments to improve flow and protect team focusFacilitate dependency management and cross‑team collaboration within the ART to support reliable deliveryLeverage delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) to support forecasting, transparency, and data‑driven continuous improvementLead impactful retrospectives that result in measurable improvements and innovative ways of workingCollaborate with Scrum Masters, TPMs, Product Owners, RTEs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the programModel collaborative, agile leadership behaviors and help strengthen Agile adoption across the organizationRequired Skills & Experience3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role supporting multi‑phase software programsStrong, hands‑on experience with Scrum and SAFe in an enterprise environmentProven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI Planning events with confidence and clarityDemonstrated success coaching teams and leaders toward higher levels of Agile maturityExperience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management, delivery tracking, and reportingExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred Skills & ExperienceSAFe certification (SSM, SPC) or equivalent Agile certificationExperience supporting delivery across multiple teams or ARTsBackground in technical or software delivery environmentsStrong experience using metrics to drive accountable delivery and continuous improvementExperience delivering Utilities & Energy solutions, ideally including AMI (Automated Metering Infrastructure) or grid‑edge technologiesBenefits InfoThis position also includes a competitive benefit package including financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more!Pay Transparency InfoThe successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location.
