In this role, you will handle new business submissions, endorsement processing, billing, change requests, and online rating setup, while providing general customer service support.\r\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, multi-tasks effectively, and can easily navigate modern operating systems and web browsers.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nData & Submission Processing: Manage the daily flow of new business submissions and process policy endorsements accurately.\r\nAccount Management: Handle incoming change requests and set up on-line rating functions.\r\nFinancial Tasks: Assist with daily billing administrative functions.\r\nCustomer Service: Provide general customer service support and maintain clear communication with internal and external entities.\r\nProcess Implementation: Quickly understand operational concepts and precisely follow implementation instructions.\r\nRequirements\r\nOrganization: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\r\nCommunication: Excellent, written, and verbal communication skills.\r\nProblem Solving: Strong ability to grasp new concepts and execute detailed instructions.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\r\nSystem Proficiency: High level of comfort working within Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Word, and experience in Adobe.\r\nWeb Navigation: Strong proficiency navigating through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge/Explorer.\r\nIndustry Knowledge: A background in Commercial Insurance is a major plus.\r\nCandidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.\r\nWhy Join Us:\r\nAt Acrisure, we're building more than a business, we're building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
