The Senior Technical Writer will align with these priorities and support the expansion of the company entrepreneurially by committing to these objectives.\r\nWhat You'll Do Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and program managers to gather information and translate complex technical details into clear and concise documentation\r\nMaintain version control and organize documentation repositories for easy accessibility\r\nEnsure documentation complies with security and confidentiality requirements.\r\nReview and edit CDRL documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy to program requirements\r\nEdit and maintain technical manuals, reports, work instructions, processes, templates, and other documentation for specific DoD programs\r\nEdit and maintain work instructions, processes, and governing documentation for the company\r\nWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field required. Or equivalent experience.\r\n3-5 years of technical writing and configuration management experience required.\r\nDoD knowledge and experience is a plus, especially knowledge of MIL-STD-38784 and MIL-STD-40051\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nExcellent writing and grammatical skills.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\r\nAbility to present complex data in clear, concise text.\r\nAbility to meet deadlines and to work independently.\r\nAbility to work with technical teams, program managers, and company leadership\r\nAbility to edit and proofread work of colleagues.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\r\nDue to Federal Contracting requirements, must be a US citizen.\r\nMust be able to qualify for and maintain a Secret Security Clearance\r\nWhy Join SelectTech?\r\nAt SelectTech, you'll work alongside a team that values innovation, precision, and purpose.
