Maintenance Technician

Position: Equipment Maintenance TechLocation: Sumter, SCDuration: 12 Months (with possibility of extension)Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (rotating schedule)Key Responsibilities:Operate, optimize, and maintain production equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshootingMinimize equipment downtime and support production goalMonitor quality standards and complete required QC checkMaintain equipment logs and production recordsSupport manufacturing operations while adhering to safety and quality requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Mechanical maintenance or repair experienceManufacturing/production experienceKnowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumaticsExperience with conveyors, gearboxes, chain drives, valves, sensors, VFDs, and related equipmentProficiency with hand tools and troubleshooting mechanical systems
