Job Description Honor Insurance AgencyThis is a Fast-Paced Office Job Opportunity!Location: Fairfield, CAFull Time Position: 40 hoursCompensation: $30-$40 per hourBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Annual Bonus, PTO, Holiday Pay, Weekends Off.Primary Job Duties:Ability to handle both Personal & Commercial Lines of business.Manage Existing Book of Business while offering other products.Quoting and rating Commercial, Home and Auto insurance requests.Handle high call volumes.Process service requests (i.e. Certificates, Endorsements, etc.) for clientsInput client data into Data Management SystemAssist in claim management, cancellations and renewalsMaintain excellent relationship with clients, insurance companies and MGA'sManage sensitive client dataOther duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Ability to work independentlyComputer proficiency mandatoryCustomer service orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTyping speed of 35-40 wpmHigh Volume Data entry skillsMust have high attention to detailsExcellent problem-solving skillsInsurance Experience: Highly PreferredP&C License: Highly PreferredWork Schedules: M-F, 8am to 5pmHonor Insurance is an equal opportunity employer.
