Carrier sourcing, dispatch, tracking, delivery updates, and day-to-day problem solving stay with our operations team so you can stay on business development.Who we're looking for:– Experience in business development, freight, logistics, transportation, account management, or another B2B role– Comfortable initiating outbound conversations by phone– Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills– Self-directed in a remote environment– No existing book of business requiredWhat's behind you:– More than 13 years operating as an Armstrong Transport Group agency, backed by over two decades of transportation ownership and operations experience– Nationwide carrier capacity and established infrastructure — TMS, credit, cargo coverage, billing, settlement– Quoting and solution-development support, plus direct access to ownership– Warm introductions and referral opportunities when available– No geographic territory restrictions– Capabilities spanning truckload, partial truckload, expedited, box truck and liftgate, sprinter van, drayage, warehousing, cross-docking, cross-border, hazmat, and regional distributionBuilding a book takes time.
