Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: San Jose, CA(On-site)Employment Type: Full-Time/ Part-timePosition SummaryMinimum of 20hrs/week, preferred full-timeWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for students with autism and related special needs. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, providing training and support to staff and families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring effective implementation of behavior support strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data.Provide training, coaching, and support to staff and families.Ensure consistent implementation of behavior management strategies.Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to improve student outcomes.Contribute to a positive and supportive educational environment.Maintain professional standards and compliance with applicable regulations.Required QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Knowledge of behavior management techniques and parent education.Background in psychology or a related field.Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.Ability to develop individualized intervention programs based on client/student needs.Commitment to ongoing professional development.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and related developmental disabilities.Familiarity with special education settings and multidisciplinary service delivery models.
