This position provides direct support to the G 1/Human Resources (HR) team as the primary focus area, while also supporting the G 6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative where enterprise integration is critical.\n\nThis is a unique, matrixed role that combines enterprise level process integration with HR process expertise and policy analysis. The selected candidate will serve as a central integrator, driving cohesion, alignment, and operational effectiveness across multiple functional domains.\n\nIn this role, you will deliver critical subject matter expertise in government HR policies, standards, and regulations for the AvMC G 1 office. You will also support the G 6 transformation team by helping align and standardize enterprise processes, data structures, and system workflows.
