Beyond project execution, the Program Manager will drive ongoing business development and contract growth, identifying new opportunities and expanding ROC's footprint within existing accounts. Success in this position means delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget while consistently achieving revenue growth through strategic relationship management and proactive business development.\nResponsibilities include:\nOversee the full lifecycle of software development delivery for a diverse portfolio of commercial and government contracts.\nDrive business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and securing contract expansions.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.\nMonitor program performance, managing risks, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nB.S. or greater in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nActive TS clearance required at time of application; candidates without an active, in-scope clearance will not be considered.\n10+ years of experience in program management, specifically managing software development delivery.\nDemonstrated expertise in navigating both commercial and government (Federal/State/Local) contracting environments.\nProven track record in business development, including lead generation and successful contract growth.\nKnowledge of Agile software development methodologies and project management tools.\nAbility to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs with high visibility.\nOther Relevant Skills and Experience:\nExperience with computer vision, biometrics, or AI/ML technologies.\nPMP or similar program management certification.\nCompensation for this role includes:\nCompetitive salary with opportunities for growth.\nThis position is eligible to participate in our annual performance bonus program and our equity incentive plan (restricted stock units).\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.\n401(k) retirement plan with a 3% non-elective employer contribution (ROC contributes 3% of your salary automatically, regardless of your individual contribution level).\n\nThis is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to a cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning company where you will collaborate with a team of experts to support state-of-the-art products that serve a wide range of industries.
