Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with opportunities to work remotely part-time. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with leads, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and meet customer needs effectively. Qualifications Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.Ability to conduct research and identify potential markets or opportunities.Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple leads, accounts, and deadlines.Familiarity with payment processing or financial technology industries is a plus.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.A self-motivated and goal-driven attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in a sales role and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
