This role plays a key role in recovering costs, supporting ISO compliance, and improving supplier accountability.\n\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor defective purchased parts and rework activity for potential supplier warranty recovery\nCoordinate with internal teams (Warranty, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Receiving) to ensure proper documentation is completed\nContact suppliers to request warranty authorization, RMA numbers, and credit approval\nTrack warranty claims, RMAs, shipments, and credit status to completion\nArrange shipment of defective material to suppliers when required\nProcess and verify supplier credits, ensuring accuracy and timely posting\nMaintain organized electronic records and documentation in accordance with ISO requirements\nGenerate and distribute regular reports on warranty activity, recoveries, trends, and open claims\nCommunicate issues, delays, or risks to management in a timely manner\nIdentify opportunities to improve warranty recovery processes and supplier performance\n\nRequirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required\nStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applications\nExperience creating and maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reports\nAbility to analyze data and present information clearly to management\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple claims and priorities simultaneously\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with supplier warranty processing and RMA management\nKnowledge of supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing operations\nExperience using Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools\nFamiliarity with ISO or quality management systems\nERP/MRP system experience\nPhysical Requirements:\n1. Stooping- Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.\n4. Kneeling- Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.\n5. Crouching/Crawling/Reaching - Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine. Moving about on hands and knees or hands and feet. Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.\n6. Standing- Particularly for sustained periods of time.\n7. Walking- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.\n8.
