The engineer will work on ETL process, statistical analysis, developing dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.\nResponsibilities Tasks: Build reusable ETL pipelines to support Agent Assist engagements for customers' analytics and reporting needs\nBuild reusable tools/libraries to close the gap between customer needs and product readiness\nBuild statistical analysis playbook and best practices\nBuild visualizations/dashboards template to support Agent Assist engagements\nAd-hoc data analysis and ingestion as needed\nTroubleshoot the metrics differences between Google and Customers' measurements\nMinimum Qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:\nBS degree in an analytical/technical subject area (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience\nProficiency in SQL for data processing on large distributed datasets\n3 years of experience with statistical and Client packages in Python\n3 years of experience with statistical process control methods and outlier detection\n3 years of experience in building data pipelines and data models\n3 years of experience with data visualization tools\nPreferred Qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:\nFamiliarity with CCAI Insights, BigQuery, Data Studio or Looker\nCapable of translating analysis results into business recommendations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven experience collaborating with cross-functional team members.
