Patient Service Representative at COVID-19 Vaccine testing site (922145) - No Experience Required

Job Description:The job is registration and checkout for our COVID vaccine clinic. The sites would be Einstein Philadelphia and Elkins Park.At COVID-19 vaccine sites at Philadelphia and Elkins Park campuses, register employees who arrive for their vaccine and check out/schedule employees when they are done.Enhancing patients/customers experience by providing clerical/technical support, in a manner consistent with the Code of Conduct.The Patient Service Representative will responds to telephone calls, takes accurate information and relays messages appropriately.Excellent prioritization, decision-making, multi-tasking skills are essential in this key position.Weekends working not required but preferred and can be discussed in interviewRequirements:No experience necessary and should be proficient with the computer and understand basic customer serviceExceptional Customer Service practices a must
