Share ideas for improvement with Project Manager.\nSupport Project Managers and in documenting meetings, as requested, including project walks, punch lists, acceptance documents, construction administration, and the administration of internal and external contracts.\nAssist with project closeouts.\nResponsible for engineering of record for testing and observation.\nCoordinate submittal packages, project checklists, team deliverables, progress, and schedule to achieve project commitments. Submit applicable materials to the client and/or respective local, state, or federal review agencies.\nCommunicate when project commitments are in jeopardy.\nPerform due diligence and project research.\nPerform quality assurance and control to ensure consistency in deliverables.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nAchieve a 60%-70% Billable Utilization Rate. Non-billable activities include company & team meetings, professional development, community involvement, innovation time, culture & engagement activities, learning, and training.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in project-based professional services industry, preferably in real-estate, construction, design, engineering, or surveying.\nProficient with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn common industry software.\nBasic knowledge of public processes and engineering/surveying projects.\nBasic understanding of project management workflow.\nAttention to detail and documentation skills.\nValid driver's license and automobile insurance.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nRequired to stand, walk, and sit.\nRequires a regular and normal range of hearing.\n\nMust be able to lift 15 lbs. occasionally.\n\nMust have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.\n\nNoise levels are consistent with a standard office environment when working in an office.\n\nPerks & Benefits\nHealth, life, 401(k), dental and vision insurance\nShort-term, long-term disability insurance and leave\nPaid holidays\nPaid Time Off\nBereavement leave\nDiscretionary bonuses, if applicable\n\nEmployment is contingent upon the candidate’s ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
