They will act as a mentor and onboarding buddy, serving as a cornerstone and exemplar of Engineering core values, cultural norms, and best practices.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nBe a fundamental part of our software delivery cycle\nWork with Product and Design to craft efficient, performant, and delightful user experiences\nContribute to our full stack web application, crafted with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Ruby on Rails, and React\nAct as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills\nUse continuous delivery practices to improve the speed of our software delivery\nWork on a small, product-focused team of 3-4 engineers that will build innovative customer experiences\nWrite high quality and well tested code to meet our customer’s needs\nTake ownership and work collaboratively to solve problems\n\nRequired Experience, Education, & Skills:\n5+ years of software development experience, preferably developing SaaS software\n4+ years of experience with React and Ruby on Rails or related technologies\nStrong attention to detail\nFirst Principles thinker who is able to work with others to come up with pragmatic solutions\nStrong product instincts and ability to understand customers\nAbility to implement sustainable and flexible patterns that will help maintain an ever-evolving and growing product\nStrong dedication to code quality, automation and operational excellence\nStrong communication skills – Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you\n\nAbout ProductPlan:\nProductPlan was founded in 2013 in Santa Barbara, California, with headquarters now in Denver, Colorado.
