You will partner closely with leaders and People Business Partners to translate business needs into practical, engaging learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability and overall performance.\r\nOwns and maintains in-house manager training programs that support new and experienced people leaders\r\nCreate and facilitate development programs for employees, including core skills and career growth workshops\r\nBuild structured learning pathways that align with performance and career development processes\r\nOwns and maintains employee onboarding programs and processes\r\nPartner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and turn them into clear, scalable learning solutions\r\nMeasure program effectiveness using feedback and data, and continuously improve content and delivery\r\nDevelop practical tools and resources that managers and employees can apply in their day-to-day work\r\nEvaluate and manage external learning vendors when needed\r\nWe're Looking For Someone Who Has\r\nBachelor's Degree or a proven track record of building successful learning and development programs.\r\nExperience designing and facilitating learning programs for managers and employees from the ground up\r\nExperience facilitating workshops in both in-person and virtual settings\r\nA clear understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in workplace settings\r\nExperience building structured programs from concept through delivery and iteration\r\nComfort working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback into program design\r\nThe ability to use data and feedback to improve learning outcomes\r\nLI-Hybrid Compensation\r\nThe amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
