This role is responsible for assembling high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC milling and turning machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electromechanical assembly, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\r\nKey responsibilities\r\nElectrical Assembly\r\nInstall and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures.\r\nConnect and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems following wiring schematics and diagrams.\r\nPerform continuity testing and insulation resistance checks to verify proper electrical connections.\r\nAssemble and mount CNC control units (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) into machine cabinets and enclosures.\r\nDocumentation and Quality Control\r\nRead and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.\r\nFollow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality checklists.\r\nInspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company and industry standards.\r\nMaintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.\r\nCollaboration and Safety\r\nWork closely with engineering, quality control, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\r\nFollow all safety guidelines and procedures related to mechanical and electrical assembly.\r\nrequired Qualifications & skills\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\r\nTechnical certificate or associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.\r\n2+ years of experience in precision mechanical or electrical assembly (CNC or industrial equipment preferred).\r\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.\r\nStrong manual dexterity and attention to detail.\r\nFamiliarity with multimeters, torque tools, calipers, and micrometers.\r\nBasic understanding of CNC machine operation and components is a plus.\r\nProficiency with standard hand tools and electrical crimping, soldering, and stripping techniques.\r\nGood verbal and written communication skills\r\ntravel\r\nApproximately 25% of time\r\nphysical requirements\r\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.\r\nStand or sit for extended periods.\r\nOccasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.\r\nSalary Description\r\n$24.08- $28.90 per hour\r\nAdditional Information\r\nThis job description is designed to provide an overview of basic skills, experiences and education required to perform the job and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee to perform the essential functions of the job.
