The role includes both CONUS-based instruction and OCONUS support. CONUS / OCONUS Travel Required.\n\nCONUS (Home Station)\n\nDevelop and update Training Support Packages (TSPs) and instructional materials\nCoordinate deployment and integration planning with program offices and stakeholders\nSupport system integration planning, readiness preparation, and sustainment activities\nPrepare training teams and mission execution packages for international partners\n\nOCONUS (Training)\n\nProvide direct training, advisory support, and technical assistance to partner nation forces\nExecute system setup, integration, and operational validation activities\nSupport Field Training Exercises (FTXs), New Equipment Training (NET), and mission validation events\n\nThe instructor serves as a technical trainer ensuring partner forces achieve operational proficiency and sustainment capability. Instructor will be expected to:\n\nDevelop and deliver CONUS and in country targeted training for operators, maintainers, and leadership personnel.\nDevelop and maintain Training Support Packages (TSPs) in accordance with applicable Army training standards.\nTranslate technical system documentation into operational, hands-on instruction.\nConduct direct, over-the-shoulder training.\nExecute New Equipment Training (NET) during the initial fielding of systems to ensure immediate operational readiness.\nConduct over-the-shoulder training for operators, maintainers, and leadership elements.\nExecute training and advisory support within approved U.S. Government authorities and scope\nQualifications:\n\nRequired Skills/Experience:\n\n10+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following:\nTechnical instruction or training development\nInstructional or training support\nOperational employment or deployment of military systems\n5+ years of experience in at least one of the following domains:\nAir Defense Artillery (ADA)\nElectromagnetic Warfare (EW)\nRadar systems\nCounter-UAS (C-UAS) systems (operations, integration, or maintenance)\nField Artillery (FA)\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nAn active DoD Secret clearance at minimum\n\nEducation Requirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred, OR\nHigh School Diploma with 10+ years of directly relevant military or civilian experience in lieu of degree\n\nDesired Experience:\n\nFormer ADA, EW, maintenance NCO, or junior officer with Air and Missile Defense planning experience\nFamiliarity with Link-16 systems, associated equipment, and operational employment\nExperience in C-UAS or EW operations in an operational environment\nInstructor certification (within last 5 years preferred)\nGraduate of ADAM/BAE or equivalent Air Defense training course\nInternational / OCONUS operational experience\nExperience training foreign military partners on AMD and C-UAS integration\nExperience conducting C-UAS site surveys and emplacement planning\nPrior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation experience\nFAA Part 107 or SUASMAN qualification (preferred)\nFamiliarity with C2/C3 systems and Link-16/MIDS architecture\nOverview:\n\nPeople First.
