We have short haul loads from the Findlay area all around Ohio, lower Michigan and eastern Indiana with the ability to be home every single night, our company driver's never stay out and their day is paid by the hour, not the mile! Shift and Pay Rates (Please read carefully): Monday - Friday 7am start -- $21/hr working 1st shift Monday - Friday 4pm start -- $25/hr working 2nd shift Extra hours available on days off 50-60 hours a week available Paid by the hour Time-in-a-half after 40 hours Primary Job Deliver freight to local customers in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana Home every night, our company driver's never stay out on the road Good benefits, 401K company contribution regardless of your contribution amount Paid hourly, weekly pay periods, overtime hourly pay rate applies after 40 hours worked! Incentive pay over-and-above hourly pay for certain lanes. No touch freight 2021 and newer Volvo daycabs The typical shift of FWC CDL Drivers: Daily pre-trip inspection and reporting on all equipment utilized. Maintaining a good driving record in both personal and commercial vehicles. Pickup and delivery of customer products at various locations around Ohio, lower Michigan, and eastern Indiana Completing any required manifests as needed by the DOT, our customers and the offices of FWC. Drop and hook and most locations, we try to keep our drivers moving versus long wait times at our customers facilities! Ability to fill in at moments notice on overtime requests is a plus. Possible rework, physical handling of product. Housekeeping / food grade compliance.
