Role Overview The Senior HVAC/R Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, deep refrigeration knowledge, and the ability to work independently across a variety of equipment. Key Responsibilities Service and repair VRV/VRF systems, chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and walk-in freezers/coolers Diagnose refrigeration circuits, electrical systems, and control components Perform brazing, leak detection, evacuation, and refrigerant charging Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation Conduct preventive maintenance and complete detailed service reports Support equipment startup and commissioning Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Participate in an on-call rotation Success Metrics High first-time fix rate Minimal downtime and callbacks Accurate documentation and reporting Strong customer satisfaction Who You Are A self-driven technician who thrives in the field, solves complex problems efficiently, and delivers high-quality work with minimal supervision.
