This role is responsible for milling and managing the flour that forms the foundation of our breads. Working closely with the production team, the Miller ensures grain is processed efficiently, accurately, and consistently to support daily bakery operations.\nNo professional route driving experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidate. Individuals with warehouse, logistics, or equipment operation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in consistency and organization, and enjoys working independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.\nThis role focuses on attendance and attention to detail over speed of execution.
