This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency, accurate repair orders, effective scheduling, and professional customer communication. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, is comfortable working in Lightspeed Dealer Management Software (DMS), and understands how service, parts, and technicians work together in a high-performing service department.This is a full-time hourly, on-site position suited for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in a marine or automotive dealership environment.
