Junior Research Analyst - Wealth Management

NexWealth, a boutique registered investment advisor and multi-family office, is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to work closely with firm leadership in supporting our high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client base. This role offers meaningful exposure to the core functions of a family office environment, including asset allocation, portfolio analytics, performance reporting, trust and estate planning coordination, and regulatory compliance.To be considered, you MUST have experience working at a Registered Investment Advisory firm or Family Office (absolutely no exceptions). Candidates must be highly detail-oriented, professional, intellectually curious, and eager to learn. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, demonstrate a strong work ethic, communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal contexts, and be comfortable interacting with clients and senior professionals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field with high GPAMandatory experience working at a Registered Investment Advisory firm or family office Minimum 3-year experience in financial services industryStrong attention to detail while working at a fast paceStrong fluency with Excel formulas and functionsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, WordAbility to analyze and do computations on financial dataLearn and adapt to new software systems quicklyMust be able to work 5-days per week (M-F) onsite at firm's Philadelphia office ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the team to provide service and support functions such as portfolio analysis, trading, money movement, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting preparationWork closely with team on portfolio reporting and creating investor reportsParticipate in client meetings when necessaryProvide client relationship support, assist in client conversations, and provide analytic and account-related financial informationIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reportsAssist in daily/monthly/quarterly maintenance of custodial, reporting and CRM systemsNo recruiters for this search, please.
