We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment where data, operations, and strategy come together to drive meaningful results.Position Summary:The Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's financial performance through accurate cost accounting, operational analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to improve margin visibility, inventory management, and overall business efficiency.This position is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and operations within a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Cost Accounting & Inventory ManagementMaintain and analyze standard costs, bills of material, and routing structuresMonitor material, labor, and overhead variances and identify root causesSupport inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processesAnalyze inventory turns, excess/obsolete inventory, and working capital trendsPartner with operations to improve cost accuracy and manufacturing efficiencyFinancial Analysis & ReportingPrepare margin analysis by product line, customer, and business unitSupport monthly close with cost accounting entries and reconciliationsDevelop dashboards and KPIs to support operational decision-makingProvide ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysisAssist in budgeting and forecasting processesCross-Functional CollaborationWork directly with production, procurement, and engineering teamsSupport quoting and pricing decisions with cost dataHelp identify cost savings opportunities and efficiency improvementsTranslate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance leadersProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve financial and operational processesSupport ERP enhancements and data integrity initiativesAssist with automation and reporting improvementsSkills and Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–5 years of relevant experience (manufacturing strongly preferred)Cost accounting or inventory experience preferredCPA or CMA progression is a plus (not required)Technical SkillsStrong Excel and data analysis skillsERP experience (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost driversKnowledge of GAAP inventory and cost accounting principlesCore CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and attention to detailIntellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindsetAbility to communicate financial concepts to non-financial teamsCollaborative and team-orientedContinuous improvement mindsetOther Details:ADA Compliance: Alinabal is committed to providing reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
