Strong customer relations and follow-up to ensure that service has been completed to customer's satisfaction are a must. You’ll need to be a team player, yet work well independently, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) and System Engineers (SEs) to implement and deploy IT solutions, while mentoring SEs on the technology stack and providing guidance on Engineering Execution Plans and project delivery best practices.Location and Work ExpectationsThis is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
